I am off on a hen weekend on Friday, and for once I've been really organised and started my packing already
As I was sorting out what to take I realised I didn't have a case for my new terribly expensive sunglasses*, so I raided my stash of felt and found a divine piece of deepest, darkest purple and a tiny scrap of pansy fabric leftover from previous projects... see... it does pay to save every last scrap!

A quick whiz round with my sewing machine and all my problems were solved!
* Kidding! They were two quid from Primark! Well, I have a tendency to sit on, scratch, lose and generally abuse sunglasses, so it works out cheaper for me to buy a handful of pairs each spring from Primark, plus I end up with a nice assortment to coordinate according to mood or outfit
