I've been making fascinators for a wedding recently and whilst out at my beloved Spinning Weal I happened upon some luscious blue organza and had a brainwave... I could make one to go with my outfit for the wedding. (Actually that is probably more of a 'doh!' moment than a clever one as I should have thought of it aaaages before the day I was about to start packing for said wedding)
I also picked up some black, blue and white netting. So, after a quick session with sewing machine and glue gun, I had quite a nice little tifter for the wedding
This little piece of fun has now gone to a new home all the way over the other side of the world in New Zealand. The divine Helga wears all kinds fabulous hats and frou-frou fascinators so, as I am not likely to wear it again, I popped it in the post to her... I love my creations to go to good homes!

Gorgeous colour!
